Pistachio-Crusted Mahi Mahi

Different nuts have different nutritional values, and pistachios are among the lowest in saturated fat and cholesterol, so when deciding on a type for snacking, read the package labels to make sure you keep within your own dietary guidelines.
What You'll Need
- 6 fresh mahi mahi fillets (5 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
- Place the mahi mahi fillets on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with the lemon juice, nutmeg, pepper, and salt if desired. Top with the pistachio nuts and drizzle with the melted butter.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
