If you love broccoli smothered in cheese, then you're going to love our "dressed-up" version. Our Broccoli Gratin is a fancier version of the classic broccoli and cheese you grew up eating, but without all the fancy-fuss. It features a homemade cheese sauce mixture and some mushrooms for extra yumminess. You'll definitely want to make it the next time you've got company coming over!
What You'll Need
- 1 (14-ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded, low-fat Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
