Dijon-and-Pepper-Crusted Steak

Weather not cooperating, or don't have an outdoor grill? No problem! This tender, juicy Dijon-and-Pepper-Crusted Steak can also be grilled indoors on a grill pan or cooked right under your broiler.
What You'll Need
- 4 (4-ounce) filet mignon steaks, well trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons crushed peppercorns*
What to Do
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Heavily coat the top of the filets with half the Dijon mustard then sprinkle with half the crushed peppercorns.
- Place filets coated-side down on the grill. Coat the other side with the remaining mustard and sprinkle with the remaining peppercorns.
- Grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
