What You'll Need
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter and honey, stirring until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and press down well.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in baking dish. Cut into squares and serve, or store in an airtight container.
