What You'll Need
- 1 package (10-ounce) frozen Brussels sprouts
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
What to Do
- Prepare Brussels sprouts according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over low heat, cook garlic 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Brussels sprouts and lemon juice and stir 2 to 3 minutes, or until sprouts are heated through.
