The tradition of corned beef and cabbage is a tasty one, so tasty, in fact, it shouldn't be saved just for holidays. So next time you are craving some comfort food, break out this recipe for Steamy Cabbage Bake!
What You'll Need
- 1 medium-sized cabbage
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon pickling spices
- 2 tablespoons light margarine, melted
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Add water to dish, sprinkle cabbage with salt, pepper, and pickling spices and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake about 50 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
- Place cabbage on platter and top with margarine. Serve immediately.

I made this tonight,If you love hot ,You will love this. The pickle blend was a bit too much for my crowd. If I made a again,I would not put the recommended measurement .
