    • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
    • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch sticks

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. In a large bowl, combine oil, onion powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Add sweet potato sticks and toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet.

    Sounds good, have to buy some sweet potatoes to try it. Looking at a previous comment, I looked at the detailed nutritional info and found the 2 sweet potatoes in this recipe provided 52.3 g carbs and the tablespoon of sugar provided only 13.5 g carbs. And this is supposed to serve 8 not just 1 person so you would not be eating a tablespoon of sugar.

    1 Tbsp of light brown sugar split 8 ways is NOT a lot of sugar

    I am diabetic and this recipe is supposed to be for diabetics Why would I consume 1 tablespoon of sugar??
