Ginger-Kissed Broccoli

What You'll Need
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 6 slices thin, peeled fresh ginger root
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
What to Do
- In a large saucepan with steamer basket, steam broccoli until just tender.
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook ginger and garlic about 1 minute. Add soy sauce and heat about 2 minutes. Remove ginger and spoon sauce over broccoli.
