Asian Gingered Asparagus

We put an Asian spin on these good-for-you asparagus by adding some soy sauce and ground ginger to the mix. The end result are these super Asian Gingered Asparagus, and nothing could be easier to pull off.
What You'll Need
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, washed, trimmed, and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons granulated Splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
What to Do
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 inch of water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Do not overcook. Drain and return to saucepan.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add mixture to saucepan and cook over medium heat until sauce and asparagus are heated through, stirring occasionally.
