Asian Ginger Snow Peas

We love stir-fry's in the Test Kitchen. Well, why not? We're all about quick and easy, and stir-fry's are healthy too. And our Asian Ginger Snow Peas really fit the quick… we're talking awesome taste in mere minutes!
What You'll Need
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 pound package frozen snow peas, thawed, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed basil
What to Do
- In a wok or medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add ginger and stir-fry 30 seconds. Do not burn.
- Add snow peas and toss with ginger. Add basil and continue cooking an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until snow peas are crisp-tender.
