Blackened Turkey Cutlets

It doesn't get much easier than this! With just a sprinkling of a few herbs and spices, Blackened Turkey Cutlets go from ho-hum to WOW in a matter of minutes. Now's that's what we like to call 'fast food!'
What You'll Need
- 2 teaspoons paprika*
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried thyme*
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder*
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder*
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper*
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the turkey; mix well. Rub the turkey cutlets well with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Add the turkey, and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until no pink remains. Serve immediately.
Notes
*To make this a gluten-free recipe, use seasonings with no added starch from a gluten-containing source.
