What You'll Need
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 basil leaves, chopped
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic. Brush mushroom caps on all sides with garlic mixture then place cup-side up on prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper, then top evenly with tomato, mozzarella cheese, and chopped basil.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and basil. Return to oven and cook 1-2 mins or until cheese is melted.
