What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons granulated Splenda
- 4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
What to Do
- Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg substitute, milk, vanilla, and Splenda until smooth. Pour into shallow dish.
- Coat both sides of bread with egg mixture. Over medium heat, cook about 4 minutes per side, or until browned. Serve immediately.
Note
If you'd like, top each slice with 2 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup.

I notice you use Splenda in your recipes. I am allergic to Splenda. I normally use Stevia. Will it work just as well as Splenda in the recipes.

I don't see why Stevia would not work just as well as Splenda. I have been using Stevia for several years. At least it is all natural and not bad for you like the artificial sweeteners.
