    Apricot spread and pecans come together in this easy, no-bake dessert. Our Plantation Apricot Tarts will keep your sweet tooth satisfied without adding too many calories to your diet.

    What You'll Need

    • 1 (4-serving) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 2/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
    • 1 1/3 cup water
    • 6 tablespoons apricot spreadable fruit spread, sugar-free
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 6 single-serve graham cracker crusts
    • 6 tablespoons lite frozen whipped topping, thawed

    What to Do

    1. In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and powdered milk. Add water; mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in apricot spreadable fruit and pecans. Spoon mixture evenly into crusts. Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
    2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
