I have never heard of putting mayo in making rolls before. It sounds good. I love all bread, but try to stay away from because of the carbs. I could eat bread and butter all day long. I am trying to imagine how the mayo taste in the roll. I will give it a try.

Awesome...almost tastes like my homemade bread that I make when I'm not being good. A little dab of butter or jelly and it's a 100 calorie snack or side. My first try, I used unsprayed cupcake papers...not a good idea since they stuck to the paper. Next time I will follow directions and spray the pans. I also used Miracle Whip Lite instead of Mayo. I think either would be fine!

These rolls are very good as long as you eat them warm. After baking if cool put into microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to warm them up again. Very yummy if you try to stay away from carbs.
