What You'll Need
- 2 large very ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 small sweet onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce*
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin*
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
- Cover, and chill for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
*To make this a gluten-free recipe, avoid hot pepper sauce with malt flavoring added, and use seasoning with no added starch from a gluten-containing source.
