Smoked Salmon Pizza is a healthy twist on an ordinary Italian favorite that's sure to impress. No need to tell anyone how easy it is to make this scrumptious appetizer; your secret is safe with us!
What You'll Need
- 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 (3-ounce) package smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and dill; mix well and spread evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with the salmon and onion.
- Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until heated through and the tortilla edges are golden. Cut each into 8 wedges and serve warm.
