Sea Salt Kale Chips

The next time you have a craving for something crispy and salty, ditch the fat-laden bag of potato chips and make your own Sea Salt Kale Chips instead. This nutritional green veggie makes for one very tasty snack!

What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 4 cup kale, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, and salt. Add kale and toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until crispy. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
