What You'll Need
- 1 (14-ounce) package frozen tricolor pepper and onion blend, thawed and chopped
- 3 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoon Splenda
What to Do
- Coat a medium nonstick saucepan with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook vegetable blend and garlic until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, water, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and Splenda and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until flavors are well blended.
