A splash of sunny lemon and a hint of garlic is all it takes to make these healthy Zippy Brussels Sprouts a winning veggie side dish.

What You'll Need

  • 1 package (10-ounce) frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

What to Do

  1. Prepare Brussels sprouts according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.

  2. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over low heat, cook garlic 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Brussels sprouts and lemon juice and stir 2 to 3 minutes, or until sprouts are heated through.
