What You'll Need
- 1 medium-sized cabbage
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon pickling spices
- 2 tablespoon light margarine, melted
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Add water to dish, sprinkle cabbage with salt, pepper, and pickling spices and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake about 50 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
- Place cabbage on platter and top with margarine. Serve immediately.
