- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (16-ounce) package sliced frozen okra, cooked, drained
- 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano, and basil
What to Do
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook onion and bell pepper 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add okra and tomatoes and cook until heated through.
