A sprinkling of sesame seeds makes for a novel topper over our Sesame Veggie Skillet. This mouthwatering side dish cooks up fast, so it's perfect for a busy weeknight.
What You'll Need
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large red bell pepper, slivered
- 1 (8-ounce) package fresh snow peas, strings removed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon sliced scallions
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
What to Do
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, bell pepper, and snow peas, and cook 5-7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in ginger and scallions and heat for 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
