Asparagus always seems so fancy, but nothing could be easier to make. Whether for company or a simple weeknight, our Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Kiss is not only good for you, it's plain good to eat!!
What You'll Need
- 2 pound (about 30 spears) fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread asparagus spears on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, thyme, and lemon peel and toss gently to coat.
- Bake 10 minutes, stirring once, or until just tender.
