Maple-Glazed Acorn Squash

What You'll Need
- 1 acorn squash (1 pound), cut in half lengthwise and seeded
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place squash halves cut-side up on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture evenly into squash halves.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until tender. Cut each squash half lengthwise into halves, and serve.
