Brussels sprouts tend to get a bad rap, but when we've got a lemony, crispy Brussels sprouts recipe that will have everyone asking for seconds! What really makes this yummy is the fresh, minced garlic we add to the recipe! Our Lemony Brussels Sprouts will bring a bit of sunshine to the dinner table.
What You'll Need
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
What to Do
- In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 2 quarts water to a boil.
- Add sprouts, reduce heat to medium, and cook 20 minutes, or until sprouts are tender. Drain, let cool slightly, and cut sprouts in half.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, and sprouts. Cook until sprouts begin to brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
