Italian-Style Zucchini with Tomatoes

What You'll Need
- 3 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
What to Do

In a large skillet, add zucchini and water; bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until zucchini is just tender, about 4 minutes. Drain zucchini.
- In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add zucchini, onions, tomatoes, basil, and garlic and simmer about 5 minutes, or until heated through.
