We love using Parmesan cheese to help flavor healthy dishes. A little goes a long way, especially in this dish! Our Italian-Style Baked Tomatoes are proof of that!
What You'll Need
- 4 ripe, firm tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian herb-seasoned bread crumbs
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange tomatoes in shallow baking pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over tomato halves.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until topping is browned.
