What You'll Need
- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Gently clean mushrooms by wiping them with damp paper towels. Remove stems from 10 mushroom caps and place on baking sheet. Finely chop mushroom stems and remaining 2 mushroom caps.
- Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook and stir chopped mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cream cheese is melted. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon mushroom mixture evenly into mushroom caps.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.
