- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded real Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Bring a soup pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the green beans; blanch for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic; sauté until golden.
