What You'll Need
- 2 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 cup green bell pepper strips
- 1 cup red bell pepper strips
- 6 clove garlic, minced
What to Do
- Coat a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in prepared skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add 1/4 cup water and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are very tender.
