- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat buttery spread
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- 2 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
What to Do
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt buttery spread. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until they begin to brown, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic and parsley and cook 1 minute, or until garlic is tender.
