Far East Green Beans

We've taken frozen French-style cut green beans and put an Asian spin on them. These healthy Far East Green Beans are simply delicious.

What You'll Need

  • 1 package (16-ounce) frozen French-style cut green beans
  • 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, rinsed, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallion
  • 2 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

What to Do

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions; drain.

  2. Transfer green beans to a medium skillet or saucepan. Add water chestnuts, scallions, and soy sauce; mix well. Over medium heat, cook mixture until hot, stirring occasionally.
