What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 red bell peppers, seeded, deveined, and cut into strips
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add pepper strips and toss to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until peppers are fork-tender.
