Crunchy Lemon Green Beans

Veggies like green beans can get boring, unless we add some excitement to them. We sure came up with a winning combo by adding almonds and a splash of lemon juice to our Crunchy Lemon Green Beans.
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (14-ounce) package frozen whole green beans, cooked according to package directions, drained
What to Do
- In a small skillet over medium heat, cook butter and almonds until almonds brown, stirring occasionally. (Be careful not to burn.) Stir in lemon juice.
- Place green beans in a serving bowl and pour mixture over. Serve immediately.
