What You'll Need
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cup diagonally sliced carrots
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sugar snap peas, slightly thawed
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
What to Do
- Coat a nonstick wok or skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook garlic and carrots 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar snap peas and soy sauce, cooking until carrots and peas are just tender.
