- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 package (16-ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a medium skillet, melt margarine over medium heat, cook mushrooms 3-5 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to low, add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted and creamy, stirring occasionally.
