What You'll Need
- 2 pound cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
- Paprika for garnish
What to Do
- Trim leaves, cut off stem, and leave cauliflower whole.
- In a microwaveable 2-quart dish, add water and cauliflower. Cover and microwave on HIGH about 9 minutes, turning dish once. Cauliflower should be just tender.
- Drain cauliflower, sprinkle with cheese, and let stand until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
