What You'll Need
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoon fat-free vinaigrette dressing
- 4 slice turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled
What to Do
- Place asparagus in a medium skillet and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook until just tender. Remove and drain.
- Sprinkle asparagus with dressing and lightly toss. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
