What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 slices low-carb wheat bread
- 1 package (1-pound) ground turkey breast
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 2 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
What to Do
- Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook onions until tender, adding a few drops water if needed. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, pulse bread until crumbs are fine. (Bread crumbs should measure about 1 cup).
- In a large bowl, lightly mix all ingredients. Form mixture into 5 patties.
- Coat skillet with additional cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook patties 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no pink remains. Do not overcook!
