What You'll Need
- 5 1/4 cup 98% fat-free chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 package (16-ounce) frozen vegetables for soup mix (tomatoes, potatoes, corn, carrots, butter beans, okra, green beans, onions, celery)
What to Do
- In a soup pot, bring broth to a boil.
- Stir in parsley and frozen vegetables. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until flavors are well blended, stirring occasionally.
