What You'll Need
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, place cauliflower; spray with butter-flavored cooking spray, while stirring to coat on all sides. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss until evenly coated. Place in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cauliflower begins to brown. Serve warm.
