Honey Garlic Chicken

Honey garlic chicken is one of our favorite Chinese takeout dishes, so of course we had to come up with a version that we could make at home! Our recipe for Honey Garlic Chicken tastes even better than takeout, and there's hardly any work involved 'cause it's made in a slow cooker!
What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/3 cup low-sodium ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
What to Do
- Place chicken and bell pepper in slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and basil. Pour mixture over chicken and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours, or until no pink remains in chicken.
