Scrumptious Crab Cakes

What You'll Need
- 3/4 cup liquid egg
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 (6.5-ounce) cans refrigerated lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
What to Do

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except crabmeat and oil; mix well. Gently fold in crabmeat, being careful not to break up crabmeat chunks, then form into 12 equal-sized patties.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
