The secret to keeping this Springtime Dip so light and luscious is Greek yogurt, which acts as a perfect substitute for sour cream. Plus, fresh lemon juice and dill make this bright and tasty dip the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish or chicken.
What You'll Need
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
What to Do
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
