The secret to keeping this Springtime Dip so light and luscious is Greek yogurt, which acts as a perfect substitute for sour cream. Plus, fresh lemon juice and dill make this bright and tasty dip the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish or chicken.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Besides using this dip as a sauce for grilled protein like chicken and fish, it's also perfect for dipping some blanched asaparagus, broccoli, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes or carrots!
