What You'll Need
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 cup black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
What to Do
- In a food processor or blender, process tomatoes and green chilies 5 to 10 seconds.
- In a medium bowl, add tomatoes and green chilies to beans, corn, and onion; mix thoroughly and serve.
