What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
What to Do
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and mix well.
- Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute, or until mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in mustard. Serve immediately.
