Old-Fashioned Banana Pudding

This lighter version of a classic pudding will take your taste buds down memory lane in a heartbeat. Our Old Fashioned Banana Pudding has all the flavors you remember, but with better nutrition stats, so you can indulge guilt-free!
What You'll Need
- 2 (1-ounce) packages sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 (6.5-ounce) package sugar-free vanilla wafers
- 3 bananas, sliced
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; mix well.
- Reserve 5 cookies for garnish; spread half remaining vanilla wafers in 1 layer in 9-inch square baking dish. Spoon half vanilla pudding over wafers and layer half banana slices over pudding.
- Spread another layer of vanilla wafers and remaining banana slices. Spoon on remaining vanilla pudding.
- Crush reserved cookies and sprinkle over top. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
