Nuts for Cherries Tapioca Pudding

Tapioca is such a comforting dessert, and our Test Kitchen found a way to dress up the comfort. This fancier lighter version of Nuts for Cherries Tapioca Pudding, will have you singing their praises.
What You'll Need
- 4 (4-ounce) containers refrigerated no-sugar-added tapioca pudding
- 1 cup reduced-sugar cherry pie filling
- 2 drop almond extract
- 2 teaspoon granulated Splenda
- 2 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted
What to Do
- Transfer tapioca to 4 serving dishes.
- In a medium bowl, combine pie filling, almond extract, and sugar substitute. Spoon one-quarter of mixture over each dish of tapioca and sprinkle each with one-quarter almond slivers.
