What You'll Need
- 1/3 cup SPLENDA sugar blend
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cup reduced fat milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 teaspoon sliced almonds
What to Do
- In a medium saucepan, combine SPLENDA sugar blend, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually stir in the milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
- Spoon into 6 individual serving dishes or 1 large bowl, and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, or until firm. Dollop with whipped topping and sprinkle with almonds.
